- Cloudflare (web hosting and form delivery infrastructure).
- Microsoft 365 (email service used by our team).
- Project partners and suppliers when fulfilling a project you've engaged us for, limited to the information necessary for that project.

How long we keep it
We retain inquiry records for as long as needed to maintain the client relationship, respond to follow-up questions, and meet our legal and tax obligations. You may request deletion of your records at any time by emailing us.
